Great experience with them. Had a long layover in Dubai, and only had a few days before my flight. Contacted Travel Plan Dubai to see if they could help with the advance visa. They responded very quickly, and unlike other travel agencies who ask for money first and then talk to you, Travel Plan Dubai talked to me first about all my options, took my details and confirmed with me about visa chances and options. They applied for my visa on the same day as I made the payment and the very next day I got my approved visa. Also booked a one day city tour with them. Good tour and great communication.
