Opening Hours

The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque opens every day to its visitors, unlike any other mosque in Abu Dhabi. However, for the worshippers, it opens only every Friday. The mosque opens every day at 9 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m. One can enter the mosque at 9:30 p.m. at the most.  The mosque authority provides hourly complimentary tours during the following hours:

• Sunday to Thursday 10 am, 11 am and 5 pm
• Friday - 5pm and 7pm
• Saturday - 10am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm and 7pm.

Ramadan Opening Hours

The mosque opens every day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., except every Friday during the holy month of Ramadan.
